By ordering a commission, you hereby agree to the following terms.
Rules
Please ask for slot availability through my socials DM, and then fill out the form here after reading the following ToS.
I will not draw in other style outside what I'm currently offering.
I will not draw OCs based on description only, please submit your OCs when you have a drawn reference.
I reserve the right to decline your commission request if I'm not able to draw it or I don't feel comfortable with it.
Extra fee may apply based on the complexity of details, pose, revisions, and additional background / characters.
Slots
In order to avoid burnout, the slots taken will depend on the type and weight of commission (this won't affect the pricing in any ways):
1 Slot = Full-body chibi (max. 2 characters per slot)
2 Slots = Half-body
3 Slots = Full-body
This may vary based on the complexity of characters, e.g full-body chibi with intricate design can take 2 slots.
Payment
Payment can be done through PayPal invoice, Wise, and local bank transfer (BCA).
Full payment will be requested after a rough sketch. Invoice must be paid full-front.
Due to hidden conversion fee and invoice request fee from PayPal, there will be an extra surcharge of 10% upon paying in USD.
Revisions & Refunds
Major revision is only applicable on the sketch stage, please be aware that more than 2x major revisions and revision outside the sketch stage will incur an additional fee.
Refunds are not available. Orders can only be cancelled prior to payment.
Terms of Use
These commissions are NON-COMMERCIAL, strictly for PERSONAL USE. Please feel free to ask for commercial work purpose.
Completed commissions may appear in my portfolio and social media accounts.
You may not resell the image for monetary gain in any ways. Not for NFT, and not for AI purposes.

Note: Delivery time for any type of commission may range from 2-6 weeks, depends on the complexity. I do my best to complete commissions as fast as I can, but sometimes I require additional time for health reasons, thank you for understanding :)
